Vigentino is a human-scale residential neighbourhood between Via Ripamonti and the old Vigentino village: low-rise houses, courtyards, small local shops and a relaxed everyday rhythm, far from the bustle of the centre. It's the area where our apartments are located, chosen precisely because it combines calm with convenience. From here the IED campus is a 5-7 minute walk, Bocconi University is 15-18 minutes on foot (around ten minutes by tram), and the IFOM-IEO biomedical hub is practically around the corner. Morivione, right next door, shares the same spirit: a neighbourhood that in recent years has filled up with creative studios, cafés and workspaces, while keeping its authentic character.
What's nearby: green space, culture, sport and good food
One of the reasons life is good in the Bocconi area is how much is within easy reach. Minutes away is Parco Ravizza, perfect for a run or for studying outdoors, and further south the wide green expanse of Parco Sud opens up. - Metro M3 (yellow line) — the Porta Romana and Lodi TIBB stops reach the centre and Stazione Centrale in a few minutes.
- Trolleybus 90/91 — the outer ring route, handy for moving between areas without going through the centre.
- Bike and BikeMi — Bocconi is about fifteen minutes away by bike, and the cycle paths towards the centre and the Navigli often make cycling faster than public transport.
Linate airport is also easy to reach, and connected to the centre by the new M4 metro line.
